that would seem odd that traktor Dj 2 wouldnt support the traktor S4 mk1 afterall they carry the same name... and im on windows as opposed to a appleOS which i recently read has issues with MacOS updates and devices not working and no further support.. but im on windows10 so is this the case with windows too?

Hello Guys, I'm trying to re-install the software of my traktor ontrol Z1, Traktor Pro2. Yet neither trough native acces or to download it straight from NI, nothing seemed to work. I get very close (native acces recognizes the serial number yet nothing seems to work. I get a 'failure' notice or (in native acces) the serial number is recognized, yet nothing appears in "not installed". refreshing there doesn't change anything on this... As I wrote this in de helpdesk of Native instruments, they automatcly put me trough tp this apple helpdesk site...
