TrainSafe is designed to help users track training load, wellbeing, and related information. Your privacy is important to us.
Your data stays on your device.
We do not operate a server/database to store your TrainSafe data.
We do not sell your personal information.
2) Information you provide
TrainSafe stores information you choose to enter in the app, which may include:
Profile details (e.g., name or nickname you enter)
Training/session entries (e.g., duration, intensity, notes)
Wellbeing or symptom tracking entries
Growth/height entries (if you use those features)
3) Where your data is stored
TrainSafe stores app data locally on your iPhone/iPad only using Apple’s standard on-device storage (such as local app storage/preferences).
TrainSafe does not upload, sync, or store your data on any external server controlled by us.
4) Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Because your data is stored locally, it is not shared with us or third parties unless:
you choose to export, share, or copy information from your device (for example, sharing a screenshot or exported report), or
we are required to do so by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information through the app’s design (local-only storage). However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
To help protect your data, we recommend:
6) Data retention & deletion
Your data remains on your device unless you remove it. You can generally delete your data by:
deleting entries in the app (if available), and/or
uninstalling the app (which typically removes the app’s locally stored data).
TrainSafe is intended to be used by children (below 18). Since TrainSafe does not store data on our servers, we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information online. If you believe personal information has been shared with us through another channel, please contact us.
8) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
