1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how TrainLoad: Recovery Tracker ("the App") handles
information. The App is developed and published by Performance Prism Ltd ("we," "us,"
"our"). We built the App to work entirely on your device, and this policy describes
exactly what that means for your data.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in
this Privacy Policy.

2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

The App does not require an account, login, or registration of any kind.
The App does not collect, transmit, or have access to any personal data, usage data,
analytics data, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or location data.
The App does not connect to the internet to send or receive data. It has no backend
server, no cloud service, and no external API.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software
development kits (SDKs).
The App does not request any Android runtime permissions (such as camera, microphone,
location, contacts, storage, or notifications).

3. INFORMATION YOU ENTER INTO THE APP

To provide its core functionality, the App allows you to enter and store the following
information directly on your device:
* Athlete profile details you choose to enter (such as a name, optional sport, and
optional notes)
* Training session data (date, session type or label, Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE),
and duration)
* Daily readiness check-in responses (such as sleep quality, soreness, stress, or
motivation ratings)
* Calculated values derived from the above (such as session load, rolling training load
averages, Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR), and readiness scores)
This information is provided voluntarily by you for your own use in tracking training
load and recovery. None of it is required to be accurate personal information, and you
may use nicknames, initials, or placeholder names for athlete profiles if you prefer.

4. HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED

All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device only, in the App's
private local database. This data:
* Is never transmitted off your device
* Is never sent to Performance Prism Ltd, to any server, or to any third party
* Is never shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to anyone
* Is accessible only through the App itself on your device
We have no ability to view, access, retrieve, or recover any data you enter into the
App, because it is never sent to us.

5. EXPORTED FILES (CSV / PDF)
--------------------------------------------------
The App allows you to export training logs and reports as CSV and/or PDF files. These
files are generated locally on your device and are saved or shared using Android's
standard file save or share functionality, which you control.
If you choose to export a file and then share it (for example, by sending it via email
or messaging app, or saving it to cloud storage), that action is initiated by you and is
governed by the privacy policy of the app or service you choose to use for that purpose.
We have no access to, and no involvement in, this process.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or integrations of any kind. It
does not use advertising networks, analytics platforms, crash-reporting tools, or any
other external service.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
--------------------------------------------------
All data entered into the App remains on your device for as long as you choose to keep
it. You may:
* Edit or delete individual sessions, check-ins, or athlete profiles at any time within
the App
* Delete all App data at once by uninstalling the App, or by clearing the App's storage
through your device's Android system settings
Because data is stored only on your device, deleting the App or its data permanently and
irreversibly removes it. We do not retain any copy, as none is ever sent to us.

8. DATA SECURITY

Because all data stays on your device and is never transmitted, there is no interception
risk during transmission, as no transmission occurs. The security of data stored on your
device depends on the security of your device itself (for example, your device's screen
lock or encryption settings). We recommend keeping your device's operating system
up to date and using a device lock method of your choice.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is a training-load and recovery-tracking tool intended for use by coaches,
trainers, and athletes, and is not directed at children. The App does not knowingly
collect any personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not
collect or transmit personal information at all — all data stays locally on the user's
device. If the App is used by or on behalf of a minor athlete, any data entered (such as
a first name or training details) is entered and controlled solely by the device user
and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

10. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA

Because all data is stored locally and never leaves your device, you retain full and
exclusive control over it at all times. There is no account for us to close and no
remote data for us to delete, because we never receive or hold any of it.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
--------------------------------------------------
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in
the App's features. Any changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective date" at the
top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use
of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
