DISCLAIMER: Please be informed that cancellation of paid reservations is non-refundable. 50% cancellation fee from the overall total training fee will be imposed if the cancellation is done within 1 week before the training date and 100% cancellation fee if within the day of training.

Slot transfer may be entertained and should failure to attend your training date, only one reschedule is allowed. 

Rescheduling of training is subject to prior notice from the organization / branch including, but is not limited to, the following: inclement weather, sudden program, holiday, etc.
