Instructions: 

1.  Watch the Training Videos.

2.  After watching, answer the Comprehension Check Quiz below.

3.  Your training quiz result will also be part of your demo score, so please watch the training videos we have prepared thoroughly and answer the quiz carefully.

4. Plot your demo training schedule. 

UNDERSTANDING THE LESSON FLOW

You are now a few steps closer in becoming one of our Weblio Tutor who has a higher chance to earn up to 310 pesos per hour!

Important Note: These videos contain the important to-do's to follow during the lesson. Kindly take note of the following guidelines presented in the video, as they are essential to successfully pass the Demo.

I. Introduction and Building Rapport

• Maximum of 2 minutes introduction 

• Start with Connection Check (Can you hear me? Can you see me?)

• Exchange names with the customer 

• Ask the lesson material to use

• Building Rapport - Ask 2-3 question 

II. Correcting and Guiding the customer

• Always guide the customer by giving hints and examples 

• Simplify your words

• Maximize the use of Student's chat box

• Maximize the use of Mouse Pointer

III. Feedback Delivery

• Use Sandwich Method

• Give comprehensive feedback to the customer

UNDERSTANDING THE LESSON MATERIAL ANE LESSON FLOW FOR PRIMARY LESSONS 

Comprehension Check Quiz: Do not forget to answer the Comprehension Check Quiz. The Comprehension Check Quiz will be seen at the end of the training manual. 

This quiz is designed to evaluate your understanding of the Self-Training material you have completed. 

1. After completing the quiz, click the "Submit" button.

2. Check your score by clicking "View Score":

   • Review each question, the correct answers, and their explanations.

3. Passing Criteria:

   • If you score 27 or higher, congratulations—you have passed the quiz, and no further action is required.

   • If you score 26 or below, you will need to retake the quiz by clicking "Submit Another Response."

4. Retake Instructions:

   • Continue retaking the quiz until you achieve a passing score.

   • You will receive follow-up emails reminding you to retake the quiz until you pass.

This quiz is a critical step in your training. Your performance will determine your eligibility to be released as a tutor.
Take your time, review your responses carefully, and aim to pass.
