As many as you will know, TK is a proud Houston native.  We got married in 2014 and decided to split the difference between our two families and moved just outside of Tupelo, where we currently live and raise two little girls, Evie + Mila.  

Tk has had a dream of opening his own gym for years now and I have always been into health and fitness as well.  With our backgrounds and careers in the health realm, wellness has always been a passion for us! When our lifelong friends were talking to us about selling TrainHer Fitness it just felt right! 

We have so added so many new features in 2024 and We are so exicted to be able to continue to grow, serve you + help you reach all your health and fitness goals in your life!
