Welcome to the TRAIN Lab @WPI
Trustworthy and Resilient Aritificial intelligence and Networks (TRAIN) Lab at Worcester Polytechnique Institute (WPI) is a research group dedicated to building trustworthy, resilient, and intelligent systems for next-generation networking and computing systems. We explore foundational and applied challenges at the intersection of artificial intelligence, wireless communication, and cyber-physical systems, with a focus on enabling generalizable, explainable and sustainable AI for 6G and beyond. Our work blends theory, systems, and interdisciplinary insights—from explainable AI, neuroscience-inspired modeling, game theory, Bayesian inference to real-world network deployment challenges. We are always looking for passionate PhD students and collaborators who are excited about pushing the boundaries of AI-native networked systems.
