GTC (General Terms and Conditions)

§ 1 Price and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our prices are valid ex stock and plus VAT at the applicable rate.

Payment of the purchase price must be made exclusively to the following bank account:
Bank account: IBAN AT939900000370028615 | BIC ACTBATW0

Unless otherwise agreed, the purchase price must be paid within 14 days with a 3% discount, 30 days net cash.

For purchases made via the Actionmall and payment by credit card, the invoice amount will be debited from the bank account within 30 days net cash from the invoice date. For purchases made via the Marketplace, only payment by invoice is currently possible.

In the event of late payment, we charge the usual bank default interest.

§ 2 Terms of delivery

Delivery is made from stock.

Delivery takes place within 30 days from the date of order. 

§ 3 Ownership

The goods remain the property of Trainee Consulting GmbH Tax and Business Consulting, practice firm of BHAK/BHAS Bruck/Leitha until full payment has been made. 

§ 4 Place of performance and jurisdiction

The place of performance is the registered office of Trainee Consulting GmbH Tax and Business Consulting, practice firm of BHAK/BHAS Bruck/Leitha, and the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
