Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application TRAIN ("Where is my train - Rail Yatri") provided by Shrey Shah ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors and registered users.
2. Use of the App
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:
In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, including by exposing them to inappropriate content.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or any other form of similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Shrey Shah, a Shrey Shah employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You do not own the App, and all rights, titles, and interests in the App remain with Shrey Shah or its licensors.
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
4. User Content
The App may allow you to upload, post, or share content, including but not limited to text, images, or videos ("User Content"). By uploading or posting User Content, you:
Represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share the content.
Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the operation of the App.
You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is:
Infringing on any intellectual property rights.
Harassing, harmful, offensive, or discriminatory.
Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, without notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Interfere with the App's proper functioning or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the App.
Use the App to transmit any malicious software, viruses, or other harmful computer code.
Use automated means to access the App, including scripts, bots, or crawlers, without our prior written consent.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other users' accounts, or any connected system or network.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Shrey Shah. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. By using the App, you expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or services.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects. You use the App at your own risk.
We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shrey Shah and its affiliates, licensors, or service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shrey Shah, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
