Absolutely! We can accommodate that request. Please inform your tutor or include it directly in the request form. This service is available for a small additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy, which is outlined below:

• Free Cancellations: You can cancel your session at no charge with more than 24 hours' notice. Additionally, if you rearrange your session within 12 hours to a different day (prior to your originally scheduled lesson), this cancellation is also free.

• Chargeable Cancellations: Unfortunately, we must charge for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as for cancellations under 12 hours that are not rearranged.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate your needs. However, please note that no-shows are not feasible, as our tutors would miss out on valuable time that could have been spent with another student. Therefore, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible for cancellations.

If you're running late but believe you can still join the session, don’t worry! Please reach out to your tutor to inform them of your situation. If you are unable to contact them, rest assured that our tutors will wait for 15 minutes. After this time, the call will conclude. Please note that if the session ends due to a late arrival without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and the session will still be charged.

Yes, we specialize in exam preparation, offering customized study plans, past paper practice, and mock tests to ensure students are well-prepared for their exams.

Our online tutoring sessions are conducted via video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet. Tutors use interactive whiteboards, shared documents, and other digital resources to create a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

You can easily book a session through here. Once you've filled out our form, you will receive a confirmation email where you can book a date and time that works for you and the tutor, and a link for your online session.

Yes, we offer group tutoring sessions for students who prefer a collaborative learning environment. Group sessions are more affordable and are available for most subjects.

Yes, if you feel that a tutor is not the right fit for you or your child, you can request to switch to a different tutor at any time. We will ensure a smooth transition to ensure continuity in learning.

We can provide regular progress reports and updates for parents on request. You’ll also have access to our interactive online spreadsheet, where you can track your child’s performance, upcoming sessions, and completed concepts.
