Privacy Policy for Trail of Ages

NextInt (“NextInt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile game Trail of Ages, package name in.nextint.trailofages (the “Game”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Game, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information stored on your device

Trail of Ages stores certain information locally on your device so that the Game can function and remember your progress. This may include:

• Game progress and completed levels

• Energy, shards, coins, and other virtual currency balances

• Unlocked content and purchased items

• Selected trails and gameplay preferences

• Audio, graphics, language, and other settings

• Advertising and privacy preferences

• In-app purchase entitlement information

This information normally remains on your device. It may be removed if you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall the Game.

Technical and usage information

When online services such as Unity Ads or Unity Analytics are active, technical and gameplay information may be collected automatically. This may include:

• Device type, model, operating system, and language

• Game version and installation information

• Internet Protocol address

• Approximate location derived from the IP address

• Device or advertising identifiers

• App Set ID or similar resettable identifiers

• Game sessions, level activity, interactions, and gameplay events

• Advertisement views, clicks, completion status, and rewards

• Network status

• Technical diagnostics, errors, and performance information

We do not request access to your contacts, messages, precise GPS location, microphone, camera, or personal files for normal gameplay.

Information you provide

Trail of Ages does not currently require you to create an account.

If you contact us for support or a privacy request, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you voluntarily provide.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Operate and maintain the Game

• Save and restore gameplay progress

• Provide virtual items, energy, shards, trails, and other features

• Process and restore in-app purchases

• Provide rewarded advertisements

• Determine whether an advertisement was completed and grant the corresponding reward

• Understand how players interact with the Game

• Improve gameplay, performance, stability, and balancing

• Detect fraud, abuse, invalid purchases, and security incidents

• Respond to support and privacy requests

• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

Depending on your location and privacy choices, advertisements may be contextual or personalized. Where applicable law requires consent, personal data will be used for personalized advertising or analytics only when a valid legal basis is available.

3. Rewarded Advertising

Trail of Ages uses Unity Ads to provide optional rewarded advertisements. You may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as energy, shards, currency, or another reward.

You are not required to watch a rewarded advertisement to launch the Game. If you choose to watch one, Unity may process information such as:

• Approximate location

• IP address

• Advertising or device identifiers

• Device and app information

• Advertisement interactions and completion status

• Diagnostic and performance information

Unity may use this information for advertising, analytics, ad delivery, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Where available, you may also access Unity’s privacy options by selecting the privacy or data icon displayed with a Unity advertisement.

4. Analytics

The Game may use Unity Analytics to understand general gameplay activity, such as game sessions, level interactions, progression, and technical performance.

Analytics information is used to improve the Game and is not intended to directly identify you by name. Unity may generate an identifier associated with your installation or device to distinguish gameplay sessions.

You may contact us to request that analytics information associated with your Game installation be deleted, where technically possible and required by applicable law.

5. In-App Purchases

Trail of Ages offers optional purchases for virtual items and features, including energy, shards, game currency, trails, and similar content.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. NextInt does not receive or store your complete payment card or bank account details.

We may receive limited purchase information necessary to provide and restore purchases, including:

• Product identifier

• Purchase status

• Transaction identifier, purchase token, or receipt

• Purchase date

• Whether a purchase was completed, cancelled, refunded, or restored

Google processes payment information according to the Google Privacy Policy and its applicable Google Play terms.

Virtual items do not have real-world monetary value except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. When Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

• Unity Technologies, for rewarded advertising, analytics, technical operation, fraud prevention, and related services

• Google, for Google Play distribution, billing, purchase verification, refunds, and platform services

• Service providers acting on our behalf where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the Game

• Government authorities or other parties where disclosure is legally required

• A successor organisation if the Game or NextInt is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal or sensitive information for monetary payment.

Advertising providers may process or share device identifiers and advertising information as permitted by law and according to your privacy choices.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored gameplay information is generally retained until you clear the Game’s data or uninstall the Game.

Third-party providers retain information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. Purchase records may be retained by Google or NextInt for purchase restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.

Because Trail of Ages does not currently provide user accounts, there is no Game account to delete. You may remove locally stored Game information by:

1. Opening Android Settings.

2. Selecting Apps.

3. Selecting Trail of Ages.

4. Selecting Storage.

5. Selecting Clear storage or Clear data.

Uninstalling the Game will also normally remove locally stored gameplay information. Purchase history maintained by Google Play may not be removed when the Game is uninstalled.

To request access to or deletion of information handled through our online services, contact us using the information at the end of this policy. We may need information such as your device-generated player identifier to locate the relevant records.

8. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Request access to personal information

• Request correction or deletion

• Object to or restrict certain processing

• Withdraw previously provided consent

• Opt out of personalized advertising or certain data sharing

• Submit a complaint to your local data protection authority

You may also manage advertising privacy settings through your Android device settings. The available settings vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.

Choosing not to watch an optional rewarded advertisement prevents that particular advertisement from being shown.

9. Data Security

We and our service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Information sent between the Game and online service providers is expected to be transmitted using secure network connections. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. International Data Transfers

NextInt and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws.

Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers of personal information.

11. Children’s Privacy

Trail of Ages is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country.

We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information from children through the Game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

12. Third-Party Content

Advertisements or platform services may contain links to third-party apps, games, or websites. NextInt does not control the privacy practices or content of those third parties. You should review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services, or applicable legal requirements change.

The updated policy will be published at this location with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Game or its store listing where appropriate.
