The Alphaz — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Traffic Rush ("Game", "we", "us", or "our"), published by The Alphaz. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you play our mobile game on Android devices.

By downloading, installing, or playing Traffic Rush, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.

Traffic Rush is a casual puzzle game suitable for general audiences, including children, under its "Rated for 3+" content rating. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling data in a transparent and responsible manner, in compliance with applicable laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy, and other applicable privacy regulations worldwide.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you play our Game:

2.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you play Traffic Rush, the following data may be collected automatically by our third-party service providers (such as our advertising network):

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Android Advertising ID), screen resolution, and device language settings.

• Usage Data: Game progress, levels completed, scores, session duration, in-game events, and gameplay statistics.

• Log Data: IP address, app crashes, performance data, and diagnostic information.

• Network Information: Mobile network information and connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

Traffic Rush does NOT collect:

• Your real name, email address, or phone number

• Location data or GPS information

• Payment or financial information (the Game is free with no in-app purchases)

• Contacts or any data from your device's contact list

• Photos, videos, or media from your device

• Microphone or camera data

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• To operate and maintain the Game and ensure it functions correctly

• To display advertisements through our advertising partner(s)

• To analyze gameplay to improve game performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience

• To prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse within the Game

• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

• To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

4. Third-Party Advertising

Traffic Rush displays advertisements through third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC.

These providers may collect and use information about your device and usage behavior to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements. This includes:

• Android Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable unique identifier used for ad targeting

• Device information and app usage data

• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (SDKs) placed on your device

Google AdMob Privacy Policy: AdMob's data collection and use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4.1 Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising

You have the right to opt out of personalized advertising. To do so:

• On Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

• Visit Google's Ad Settings page: https://www.google.com/settings/ads

• You can also reset your Android Advertising ID at any time in your device's Google settings.

Please note that opting out of personalized ads does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements — you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.

4.2 Children and Advertising

Traffic Rush is rated for ages 3 and up and is intended for general audiences, including children. Because the Game may appeal to children under 13, we request only non-personalized, contextual advertising for younger audiences through our ad provider's child-directed treatment settings, in compliance with COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through this Game, please contact us immediately at the email address provided in Section 10 so we can delete such information.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with our advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) as described in Section 4.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Alphaz, our users, or others.

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

• With Your Consent: We may share information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

• Game progress and preferences stored locally on your device (via PlayerPrefs) are retained until you uninstall the Game or clear the Game's data.

• Data collected by our advertising partners is retained according to their own data retention policies.

You may delete locally stored game data at any time by clearing the app data from your Android device settings: Settings → Apps → Traffic Rush → Clear Data.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We encourage you to keep your device secure and updated.
