Although mentioned a few months ago, cases of missing children continue to grow in the Rohingya community in Bangladesh with more than 900,000 refugees. Their disappearances are thought to be linked to human trafficking although hard to find evidence for.
Many families are left confused and traumatized with only memories of their children. They can't ask for help because the authorities won't let them out of the camp.
Organizations such as UNICEF work to educate kids and parents living in the Rohingya community on prevention of trafficking as it is high risk in the area.
