This privacy policy applies to the Traffic King app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by AS Production (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service, intended for use "AS IS."

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)

• The screens/levels of the Application that you visit, and the time and date of your visit

• The total time spent using the Application

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

• Device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID)

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Application does not require you to create an account, and does not directly ask you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Note (future update): If Firebase services (such as Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Crashlytics) are integrated into the Application in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and this section will reflect any additional data collected through those services (such as a Firebase Installation ID or crash/diagnostic logs).

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the ways described in this privacy statement.

Please note that the Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy regarding how they handle data. Below are links to the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used (or planned to be used) by the Application:

• Google Play Services

• AdMob

• Google Analytics for Firebase (planned for future integration)

• Firebase Crashlytics (planned for future integration)

• Unity

The Service Provider may disclose information collected by the Application:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

• with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

You may also manage ad personalization through your device settings (Android Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization") or through Google's Ad Settings at https://adssettings.google.com.

How We Use Information

Any information collected through the Application or its third-party services is used solely to:

• Display relevant advertisements within the App

• Measure and improve ad performance

• Maintain and improve overall app functionality and stability

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

• (In future, if Firebase is integrated) Analyze crash reports and app usage patterns to improve stability and gameplay experience

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain automatically collected data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete any data associated with your use of the Application, please contact them at the email address below, and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their records.

If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at the email below so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed through the Application and its third-party services.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason, including — but not limited to — the addition of new third-party services such as Firebase. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page with a revised Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of June 6, 2026.
