Privacy Policy – Traffic King

This privacy policy applies to the Traffic King app (hereafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by AS Production (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service, intended for use "AS IS."

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)

• The screens/levels of the Application that you visit, and the time and date of your visit

• The total time spent using the Application

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

• Device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID)

• A randomly generated anonymous user identifier (Firebase Installation / Authentication ID), used to save your game progress and leaderboard scores

• Your in-game scores and gameplay statistics (e.g. cars passed, time survived), submitted to an online leaderboard

• A general country code derived from your device's SIM card or, if unavailable, manually selected by you, used only to display a country flag next to your score on leaderboards

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Application does not require you to create an account to play. However, you may optionally choose to link a Google account through the Settings menu in order to save your progress and leaderboard scores across devices and app reinstalls.

If you choose not to link an account, the Application will continue to use a randomly generated anonymous identifier, and no personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) is collected or stored.

If you choose to link a Google account, the Application uses this link solely to associate your anonymous identifier with your Google account for the purpose of restoring your data. The Application does not access, store, or display your Google account name, email address, or profile photo within the Application or to other players.

2. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services.

The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding how they handle data. These services include:

The Service Provider may disclose information collected by the Application:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

• When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

• With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

3. Leaderboard Data

The Application includes an online leaderboard feature.

Your:

• In-game score, and

• General country flag (based on your device's country code)

may be publicly visible to other players of the Application within the leaderboard.

No name or other personally identifiable information is displayed publicly.

4. Notifications

The Application may request permission to send you local notifications to remind you to return to the game after a period of inactivity.

This permission is requested at an appropriate point during gameplay, such as after completing your first level. You may decline or revoke this permission at any time through your device's notification settings.

Notification scheduling is processed entirely on your device and does not involve any data being sent to the Service Provider or third parties.

5. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling the Application.

You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

You may also manage ad personalization through your device settings:

You may also manage your advertising preferences through Google's Ad Settings:

You may disable notifications at any time through your device's app notification settings.

6. How We Use Information

Any information collected through the Application or its third-party services is used solely to:

• Display relevant advertisements within the Application

• Measure and improve ad performance

• Maintain and improve overall app functionality and stability

• Save your game progress and leaderboard scores, and restore them if you reinstall the Application or switch devices only if you have linked a Google account

• Display your score and a general country flag on the public leaderboard

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

• Remind you to return to the Application through local notifications, if permitted

• Analyze crash reports and app usage patterns to improve stability and gameplay experience

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

The Service Provider will retain automatically collected data, including leaderboard scores and anonymous identifiers, for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data, including saved progress and leaderboard scores, directly within the Application via the:

"Delete My Account & Data"

option in the Settings menu.

This will permanently remove your linked account data and anonymous identifier from the Service Provider's systems.

The Service Provider will respond to such requests within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete such information from its records.

If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at the email address provided below so that appropriate action can be taken.

9. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed through the Application and its third-party services.

All data transmitted to Firebase services is encrypted in transit.

However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason, including, but not limited to, the addition of new features or third-party services.

The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page with a revised Privacy Policy.

You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended.
