Traductor: Language Translator ("we", "our", "us", or "App"), provided by Traductor Labs, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. Depending on the features you use, the App may collect or process:
Text you enter for translation, dictionary, phrasebook, favorites, word games, or AI Chat Bot.
Voice or audio input for voice translation, live conversation, voice search, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or voice recording.
Images captured with the camera or selected from your gallery for camera/photo translation and text scanning (OCR).
Documents selected by you for document translation.
App usage data, crash reports, device information, network information, and advertising identifiers.
We do not require an account or login to use the App, and we do not sell your personal information.

Internet: Used for translation, AI Chat Bot, ads, analytics, and crash reporting.
Microphone: Used for voice translation, live conversation, voice search, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice recording.
Camera: Used for camera translation and scanning text from images.
Storage / Photos: Used to select images or documents for translation and to save translation results, where applicable.
You can allow or deny permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the relevant permission.

Improve app performance, stability, and user experience.

We do not use your translation content, voice input, images, documents, or AI Chat Bot messages for advertising purposes, and we do not use this content to train AI models.

Translation and AI services (e.g., machine translation and AI Chat Bot providers) used to process your translation and AI requests.
Speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and OCR services used to process voice and image inputs.

Your translation content, voice, images, documents, and AI Chat Bot messages are sent to processing services solely to generate the result you requested, and are returned to you.

Performance of a contract: Processing your text, voice, image, and document inputs to deliver translations and AI responses you request. (GDPR Article 6(1)(b))

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the App — including translation, AI, speech, OCR, advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting providers — and to comply with legal obligations. If our company is involved in a merger or acquisition, data may transfer to the successor entity under the same privacy commitments.
Translation history, saved phrases, favorites, selected documents, and voice recordings may be stored locally on your device. You can delete this local data from within the App where available, or by clearing the App's data in your device settings.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for its intended purpose:
Translation content (text, voice, images, documents): Processed transiently to return your result and not retained by us beyond what is needed to deliver it. Local copies remain on your device until you delete them.
Analytics and crash logs: Retained in aggregated/anonymized form, typically for up to 12 months, after which older data is deleted or anonymized.
Support communications: Retained for a reasonable period (typically 6–12 months) for follow-up context.
You may request earlier deletion unless we are legally required to retain the data.
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), restricted access controls, and secure coding practices. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we continuously work to protect your information and have a process to respond to security incidents as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
