Officer candidate school
Officer Candidate School takes up the mantle as being one of the more reserved but important sections for TRADOC and the United States Army as a whole. Those within OCS are responsible for the upbringing and training of Senior Non-Commissioned Officers to hopefully make them into Commissioned Officers. Instructors are renowned for being detail-orientated with what they do and ensure that things are done effectively and efficiently. Instructors and candidates alike that go through OCS get the privilege of being able to see the future of this army come and go through their program.
