-keep sweets in the refrigerator
-At the first step transfer the pickle into a bigger jar, in which pickle is easy to shake and mix.
-keep the pickles on dry place away from any kind of moisture. Don’t use wet or moist spoon/ or hand to take the pickle out of the jar
- everyday for maximum time keep the jar in sunlight, take of the lid and cover the jar with a piece of thin fabric
- Do your own variations;if you want you can add extra spices in the pickles according to your taste, can add extra vinegar in the lemon-chilli- ginger pickle I made with vinegar,
Some people like extra oil in the pickles if you are one of them them take good quality mustard oil (as much you want) heat it up for few minutes and let it cool down then add it to your pickle.

* more taking care of pickles longer you will enjoy them.
* No food return please, you can check before buying. You can ask for sample of pickles or chutneys before buying, can’t return used or open food containers because I have to just throwing it in the garbage which is wastage.
