Trading Simulator is a stock market simulation application that allows users to practice trading using historical data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India.

The App:

• Does not support real-money trading

• Does not connect to live brokerage accounts

• Uses simulated execution based on historical data

3. No Financial Advice

The App is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not:

• Provide investment advice

• Offer stock recommendations

• Act as a broker, advisor, or intermediary

All decisions made using the App are solely your responsibility.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in using:

• Google Sign-In

• Sign in with Apple

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain account security

• Notify us of unauthorized access

We are not responsible for account misuse due to user negligence.

5. Simulation Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide realistic simulations:

• Data is based on historical market information

• Execution results may not reflect real market conditions

• Slippage, liquidity, and delays are simplified or simulated

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of results

• Profitability of any strategy

• Real-world applicability

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system

• Manipulate leaderboards or simulation data

• Use automated scripts/bots without permission

Violation may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

• App design

• Features

• Code

• Branding

is the property of Trading Simulator and protected under applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8. Local Data Storage

Trading data (e.g., portfolio, transactions) is stored locally on your device.

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to device issues

• Data deletion after uninstall

• Lack of cloud backup (if not provided)

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Firebase (authentication, analytics)

• Google AdMob (ads)

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Advertisements

The App may display ads.

By using the App, you agree:

• Ads may be personalized or non-personalized

• We are not responsible for third-party ad content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

• Any financial losses

• Decisions made based on simulation results

• Data inaccuracies
