Trading Signals Hub ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo to create and identify your account.
Device information: We collect a device identifier and push-notification token so we can deliver signal alerts to your device and enforce one active device per account.
Payment information: If you subscribe, you submit a transaction reference and an optional payment screenshot for manual verification. We do NOT collect or store your card numbers, bank details, or crypto wallet keys. Payments are made directly through third-party providers (BingX, MEXC, or USDT BEP-20 transfer).
Usage information: We store your notification preferences and your subscription status.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To create and secure your account
- To deliver trading-signal notifications you request
- To verify and activate your subscription
- To provide a 24-hour free trial and prevent trial abuse
- To improve and operate the app
3. NOTIFICATIONS
We send push notifications for new trading signals. You can turn notifications on or off, or mute individual providers, at any time from the Alerts screen or your device settings.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers to operate the app: Google (sign-in and push notifications via Firebase) and Supabase (secure database and storage). These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
5. DATA RETENTION
- Signal history is kept for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- Payment screenshots are automatically deleted after 7 days.
- You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
6. SECURITY
We use industry-standard security (encrypted connections, secure authentication, row-level database security). Only one device can be active per account at a time.
7. CHILDREN
This app is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
Trading Signals Hub provides informational and educational trading signals only. It is NOT financial advice. Trading Forex and cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and sign out at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at the email below.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
