By downloading or using the Trading Pro Mac application ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of the App
The Trading Pro app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to display financial data and facilitate access to TradingView.com.
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to extract data from it through unauthorized means.
2. Intellectual Property
The app itself, including its code and design, is our intellectual property.
All market data, charts, heatmaps, news, and other financial information displayed within the app's widgets are the intellectual
property of TradingView, Inc. and its data providers. These elements are used under license within the widgets provided by TradingView."TradingView" is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc. This app is not officially affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by TradingView, Inc.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The financial data provided is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice. We are not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the data sourced from TradingView.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(a) your use or inability to use the app;
(b) any conduct or content of any third party (specifically including TradingView and its data) within the app.
5. Third-Party Services
The app provides access to third-party services, primarily TradingView.com. Your interaction with TradingView.com is subject to TradingView's own Terms of Use. You are responsible for complying with their terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of TradingView's services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Subscription Plans Available:
- Weekly Plan: $4.99 per week
- Monthly Plan: $14.99 per month
- Yearly Plan: $59.99 per year ($4.99 per month)
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions:
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Free Trial:
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refund Policy
- All payments are processed through Apple
- Refund requests must be made through Apple's refund process
- We do not handle refunds directly
