This Privacy Policy applies to the TradeFix – Trading Journal 2025 application (“Application”), developed by UR Software Solution (“Service Provider”). This service is provided as a free application and is intended for use as is.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Application collects limited information to provide and improve functionality.
When you use the Application, we may automatically collect:

App usage data (such as screen views, session duration, and interactions)

Users may create an account using:

Anonymous login via Firebase Authentication
If you sign in using Google, we may receive your name and email address. This information is used only for authentication and account management and is securely handled through Firebase services.
The Application offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features.
All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
To provide access to premium features, we store a limited record of your purchase status (for example, whether you are a premium user) in Firebase. This information is linked to your account and is used only to enable or restrict access to app features.
We do not sell or share purchase-related information with third parties.
The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
AdMob may use:

Advertising identifiers
Device information
to display personalized or non-personalized ads based on user settings and consent.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

All user data is securely stored using Firebase services. We take reasonable measures to protect your information using commercially acceptable security practices.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can delete your account and associated data directly within the Application:

Open the Application
Go to Settings
Tap “Delete Account”
Confirm deletion
Once confirmed, all associated data will be permanently removed from Firebase.

We retain user data only as long as the account remains active.
Once an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
