By downloading, accessing, or using Trading Game (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is a stock market simulation application that allows users to practice trading using historical data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India.
The App:
Does not support real-money trading
Does not connect to live brokerage accounts
Uses simulated execution based on historical data
The App is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not:
Provide investment advice
Offer stock recommendations
Act as a broker, advisor, or intermediary
All decisions made using the App are solely your responsibility.
You may sign in using supported authentication services, including:
Google Sign-In
Sign in with Apple
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your account
Notify us of unauthorized access
We are not responsible for account misuse resulting from user negligence.
While we strive to provide realistic simulations:
Data is based on historical market information
Simulation results may not reflect real market conditions
Slippage, liquidity, execution, and delays may be simplified or simulated
We do not guarantee:
Accuracy of simulation results
Profitability of any strategy
Real-world applicability of simulated results
Past simulation or historical performance does not guarantee future results.
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
Manipulate leaderboards or simulation data
Use automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized methods to interfere with the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
All content and materials associated with the App, including:
App design
Features
Software and code
Graphics
Branding
Logos
Text and other original content
are owned by or licensed to Predme Infotech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App or its content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Trading-related data, including portfolio information and simulated transactions, may be stored locally on your device.
We are not responsible for:
Data loss resulting from device failure
Data deletion following app removal
Loss of locally stored data
Lack of cloud backup where such backup is not provided
The App may use third-party services, including:
Firebase — authentication and related app services
Google AdMob — advertising services
These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable settings, consent requirements, and the advertising service's policies.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party advertisements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predme Infotech will not be liable for:
Financial losses
Decisions made based on simulation results
Inaccuracies in historical or other data
Loss of locally stored data
Service interruptions
Device-related issues
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
The App is a simulation tool and should not be relied upon for real-world investment decisions.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Uninterrupted operation
Fitness for a particular purpose
Suitability for any particular trading or investment objective
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the App
Attempt to manipulate or exploit the App
Engage in unlawful or harmful activity
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App from time to time.
We may also update these Terms when necessary.
Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India, subject to applicable law.
