Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the TradeX application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using TradeX, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

TradeX is a virtual cryptocurrency trading simulation application. The app provides:
• Simulated trading with virtual currency (no real money involved)
• Real-time market data for educational and entertainment purposes
• AI-powered trading signals based on technical analysis
• Live volume scanning
• Leaderboard and competitive features

3. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

IMPORTANT: TradeX is for entertainment and educational purposes only.
• Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice
• Trading signals are generated by algorithms and may be inaccurate
• Past virtual performance does not indicate future real-world results
• We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm
• Do not make real financial decisions based on information from this app

4. USER ACCOUNTS

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair leaderboard advantage
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

• TradeX offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy
• We do not offer refunds directly — please contact Apple Support for refund requests

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through exploits or bugs
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the app
• Interfere with the app's security features

7. MARKET DATA

Market data displayed in TradeX is sourced from Binance and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Data may be delayed or inaccurate.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and features of TradeX are the intellectual property of the app developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TradeX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
• The app will be available at all times without interruption
• The app will be free of errors or bugs
• Market data will be accurate or current
• Trading signals will be profitable if applied to real trading

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
