1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights. We have a fixed API and do not collect any user journal data on our servers; data transmission is strictly for intended AI extraction only.

2. Data Collected Locally

By default, your trade logs, notes, setups, and account balances are stored ONLY on your device's local database. We do not have access to this data. No personal data is harvested or sold by MABCORE TECH.

3. Cloud Data

If you enable Cloud Sync, your data is securely transmitted directly to your personal Google Drive. We do not store your journal data on our centralized servers.

4. OpenRouter REST API

The OpenRouter API key is stored locally and securely on your device. It is only transmitted directly to OpenRouter when you request an AI extraction. It is not collected, routed through, or stored by MABCORE TECH.

5. Account and Device Data

If you register a cloud sync account, we may collect your email address. We may also automatically collect device identifiers, OS version, and crash logs to improve app stability and fix bugs.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting, analytics, and advertising networks) or legal authorities when explicitly required by law.

7. Local Storage and Cloud Opt-in

By default, your data is stored locally. Cloud sync transmits selected data using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

8. Data Retention

We retain minimal analytics metrics and account information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

9. Data Deletion and Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To trigger an account and data deletion request, you can use the in-app deletion tools or email us directly at balongoabdul@gmail.com. We fully comply with Google Play Data Deletion guidelines.

10. Children

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.

11. Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your device and account data. However, no electronic system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any qualifying data breaches as required by law.

12. International Transfers

Data (such as analytics or account emails) may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We apply appropriate safeguards for these transfers in compliance with local privacy laws.

13. Advertising, AdMob & Opt-Out

We use Google AdMob for showing advertisements. Ad networks may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can manage or opt-out of personalized tracking through your device's global privacy and ad settings (e.g., opting out of 'Ads Personalization' in your Android settings).

14. Affiliate Links and Tracking

The App may contain affiliate links to partners. When you click on these links, third-party platforms may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to track your activity and process commissions. We do not control these third-party tracking mechanisms, and they are governed entirely by the respective third-party's privacy policies.

15. Changes to Privacy Policy

Significant changes will be highlighted in the app or communicated via email. New effective dates will be posted alongside policy updates. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
