Trusted Android App (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates TradeBuddy — AI Chart Analyst (the “App” or “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, your rights, and how to contact us. By installing or using the App you consent to the practices described here.
1. Summary
No account required: The App does not require users to create an account or provide an email address, phone number, or other registration PII to use core features.
What we collect: images/screenshots you submit, device and diagnostic data, permission-protected media (when granted), and analytics/ads SDK data.
Payments: In-app purchases use Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
AI processing: Images and prompts you submit are processed by AI providers to generate analysis.

2. Information we collect
a. Information you submit
Screenshots, chart images, and any prompts or custom rules you enter into the App for analysis.
b. Device, usage, and diagnostic data
Device identifiers, operating system version, app version, crash logs, IP address, basic network information, and usage metrics (feature usage, session length, interaction events).
c. Permission-protected data
CAMERA, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (or equivalent) if you grant them to enable screenshot capture or image import. We access these only to provide the corresponding features.
d. Analytics and advertising SDK data
Non-personally-identifiable analytics collected through SDKs and services listed in Section 5.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its AI-powered chart analysis features.
Process and analyze images and prompts to produce chart insights and outputs.
Improve and personalize the App experience, fix bugs, and perform analytics.
Serve and measure ads via the advertising SDKs included.
Respond to support requests and handle abuse, security, and legal obligations.
4. AI providers and third parties
To generate AI-powered analysis, we may transmit submitted images and prompts to third-party AI providers and service partners. The App may use (but is not limited to) the following AI engines and models: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Llama, Grok. We also use external service providers for hosting, analytics, and ad serving. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services and are contractually required to protect data.
5. Advertising, analytics and SDKs used
The App integrates advertising and analytics SDKs. These may collect aggregated or device-level data for measurement and ad delivery. Current SDKs and networks used include:

6. Payments
All in-app purchases are handled exclusively through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Google’s payment processing and privacy practices apply to transactions.
7. No accounts / minimal PII
The App does not require account creation and does not collect registration emails or phone numbers by default. If you provide contact information in a support message, that information will be processed to respond to your request.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or trade your Personally Identifiable Information. We may disclose data:
To service providers and AI partners who perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
To comply with legal process, enforce our terms, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred to a successor entity; we will provide notice where required by law.
9. International transfers
The App and our service providers may process data in jurisdictions different from your country. We implement safeguards to protect transferred personal data consistent with applicable law.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored by the App.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected a child’s data in error, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

13. Cookies, local storage and tracking choices
The App and embedded SDKs may use local storage and similar technologies for analytics and ad personalization. You can control certain tracking and ad personalization via your device settings and ad network opt-outs. For SDK-specific opt-outs, consult the providers’ privacy pages (links in Section 5).
14. Third-party links
The App may contain links to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing data with them.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When material changes occur we will update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
16. GDPR and CCPA summary
GDPR (EU/EEA): If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability, and to object to processing. For requests, contact support_android@jellymedia.vn.
CCPA (California): California residents may request categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of sales. We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA. Submit requests to support_android@jellymedia.vn. We will verify and respond as required by law.
