All official work is completed during class time, so it is extremely important that you are present. When learning a second language, lack of resources or access to individuals who speak the target language can often limit your progress.

As classes only meet for two hours per week, the limited amount of time that we have together is extremely important. In order to make the most of the limited time students will sometimes be asked to practice or utilize the skill that was learned in class. Written assignments will very rarely be given outside of class.
