Tracy Nicewarner was first born in April 1960 on the 7th in Kings Daughter Hospital in Martinsburg, WV. to Donald Nicewarner (his dad) and Mary Alger (his mom), he was 7 pounds when born at 3AM. He would later start his first job at a local Chinese place named "Gateway Peking" where he washed dishes for 6 months.

Later, in 1976, Tracy would start working at a local shop-chain named "Joe the Motorist's Friend". where he worked as a salesman till 1977, eventually in 1978, he would gradute fully, then he would start working at the "Thorn Lumber Company", another local business in Martinsburg, he also worked here many of times after the 70s.
Eventually Tracy would go to Solomons Island and work for a couples of weeks in 1984 where he would hitch-hike to a Ocean City, MD pier, where Deggeller Attractions also was, and he was a cleaner, and gave breaks for the Fool The Guessor, Crazy Bog, Haunted House, and others for a little while, then he would start working at the frog bog in 1985 after working on the rides.

Later he worked at the Crazy Claws, Music Express (the #1 ride for the 1984 Colombia, South Carolina state fair) and then eventually, the Fool The Guessor, which he is mainly known for and did almost completely from 1985-1996. Also, he worked for Errol Rubin 1985-1991, then changed to Steve Broetsky from 1992-1996 and also during the time with Broetsky, he became a assistance manager, and earned a state-fair record, 25% earnings while working on the Guessor. Eventually though in 1996, he accidentally and unfairly got busted in 1996, and never went back, and that was the end for his carnival life.
