Tracy Jay Nicewarner was first born in April 7, 1960, at King Daughters Hospital, in Martinsburg, WV. This would be the day in history when someone soon enough, to be more than normal, he would fool, he would guess, fool the guessor..
Tracy first started working in 1975 at a local chinese restaurant, named "Gateway Peking", where he washed dishes at the local place, till around 4-5 months later. When he quit, he would later work at "Joe The Motorists Friend", again in Martinsburg, where he would work till shutdown of the store. And later graduted in 78'. In 1984, he latered join the carnival where he is mostly known for, where he worked from 1984 to 1996, mainly as a "Fool The Guessor".
