The SIPP Public House refreshed its interior to better reflect its elevated tasting experience, moving beyond its former Doomsday brewery-era look. The challenge was reimagining a large, warehouse-style space with tall ceilings and generous square footage—while staying firmly on budget.
Owners Brian and Emily brought a strong vision to the project, and alongside a dedicated team, I helped support that vision through creative use of existing elements, reused furnishings, and thoughtfully sourced thrifted décor.
Highlights include the mirrored gallery wall that draws the eye upward, making the most of the light-colored walls and vertical space. A shimmering parrot mosaic made from reclaimed bottle caps adds a playful, eye-catching focal point that feels right at home in the bottle shop area.
