Tractor Khata is not a tractor booking app.

Tractor Khata may collect and store the following information:
Mobile phone number for login using OTP
Farmer names and related khata records entered by the user
Tractor work details such as work type, date, place, quantity, rate, total amount, paid amount, and pending amount
Payment records entered by the user
Expense records such as diesel, repairs, driver salary, maintenance, and other business expenses
Backup and sync data required to restore user records
The app does not collect unnecessary personal information.
How We Use Information
The information is used only for app features, including:
User login and authentication
Saving tractor business records
Showing pending payments and reports
Cloud backup and restore
Syncing user data after app reinstall or device change
Improving app reliability and user experience
We do not sell user data.
Cloud Storage and Firebase
Tractor Khata uses Firebase services for phone OTP login and cloud data sync.
User data may be stored securely in Firebase Cloud Firestore under the logged-in user account. Each user can access only their own data.
Data Sharing
Tractor Khata does not sell, rent, or trade user data with third parties.
Data may only be processed by trusted services used by the app, such as Firebase, for login, cloud sync, and backup functionality.
Data Security
We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules to help protect user data. Only authenticated users can access their own app data.
However, no digital storage system is 100% secure. Users should also keep their mobile device and login access safe.
User Control
Users can add, edit, and delete their records inside the app.
Users can also export and restore backup data using the app’s backup/restore feature.
Children’s Privacy
Tractor Khata is intended for tractor owners, agriculture contractors, and business users. It is not designed for children.
