If you are using the Tractor Billing App and want to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to request account deletion
Open the Tractor Billing App
Go to Profile → Settings
Select Delete Account
OR
Email us from your registered Google account at:
webexpert.akg@gmail.com
with subject: “Delete My Tractor Billing App Account”
Data that will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:
Google login account reference
User profile information (name, email)
All locally stored billing records
Farmer history, timer data, and generated reports
App preferences and settings
Data retention
All data is deleted within 7 working days
No personal data is retained after deletion
Anonymous analytics data (non-identifiable) may be retained for app improvement
