Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

The Tracr app developers have no access and thus do not collect any user app data, nor any kind of non-personal information. User data, such as personalized data, including chosen classes, preferences on study schedules, and grades are only accessible to the user. The Tracr app may utilize certain user data, its only purpose being for the benefit of the user. Nevertheless, all user data is stored only on user’s devices.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Tracr App has no access to the user’s personal information or data. Furthermore, no personal information or data is required to access and use the Tracr App to its full potential. However, when using the FAQ functionality, the email address of the sender will be recorded, but will not be used for any purpose.

Disclosure to Third Parties

The Tracr App has no access to any user data, as well as minimal personal data. The Tracr app does not share non-personal information, such as user app data, nor any personal information with any third parties. The Tracr app will not use third parties.

Future Updates for Updating Privacy Policy

• Individual settings inserted in the Tracr App are not personal and are stored only on your own device.

• Consent to use their User Data, such as Class Grades, in case of future worldwide comparison

The Tracr Team makes no guarantees as to the accurateness, quality, and effectiveness of the Scheduling and organization functionality. Furthermore, the Tracr App is not responsible for the following circumstances:

• Users' academic performance after using the Tracr app

• Users' misusage of the App for other purposes other than those the Tracr App provides

• Lack of interest and commitment shown by the user
