In order to successfully find the desired Starlink satellite, we must:
install the mobile TrackSat application
find the ID of the desired satellite or of the group of satellites
choose the appropriate data source
enter the location from which you observe the satellites
use the "Map" or "Globe" sections to see the current position of the satellite or the "Predictions" section if we want to see when the satellite will be near our location
Info: TrackSat application is free and can be downloaded from Google Play store here.
You can find it on sites like Wikipedia or similar where the list of launched satellites are available. We need COSPAR or NORAD ID.
In the image below you can find an example for Group 5-7 with "2023-088" COSPAR ID which are launched on the 22. June 2023.
Note: Starlink trains might be visible only a few days after launch and by clear night sky.

Open the application on your mobile phone, wait for the necessary files to be downloaded, navigate to the Settings section to choose the appropriate data source option and set your location. If the app is not freshly installed, get the latest orbital data by clicking the 'Update file' button.
You can choose between two options: Starlink Supp. or Starlink.
Starlink Supplemtal. - GP (General Perturbations) supplemental data derived from latest Starlink ephemeris data on Space Track for improved latency and accuracy (recommended for latest launches).
Starlink - GP data derived from US Space Surveillance Network (SSN)
See image below for more details.

On the Predictions section you can view when a specific satellite will be near your location (custom or location from your mobile device) and on the Map section you can track the current position of the satellite.
Info: By groups with a large number of satellites you have the possibility to save/remove your favorite satellites into the "My Favorites" container and you can later choose the "My Favorites" data source option for easier use.
Example for 2023-088 COSPAR ID of Starlink group from our case which is launch at 22. June 2023.:
in the input field type "2023-088" and select any satellite with similar ID from the drop-down list to track it or view when it will be near your location.
