Overview
Trackr is a personal subscription tracker. We designed Trackr to keep your data private:
We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
Your subscription data stays on your device or in your private iCloud, under your Apple ID.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third‑party tracking.
Data We Store and Where It Lives
Subscription data, payment history, and preferences
Stored locally on your device when iCloud Sync is off.
When iCloud Sync is on, data is mirrored to your private iCloud (CloudKit private database). We cannot access your private iCloud data.
Notifications
Scheduled locally on your device if you enable reminders.
Widgets
Use the app’s shared container (App Group) to display your data; nothing is transmitted to us.
Data We Do Not Collect
No account creation in Trackr.
No analytics or usage tracking.
No advertising identifiers.
No location, contacts, photos, health, or other sensitive categories.
Network Connections
iCloud (optional): Sync between your devices using your Apple ID. iCloud is provided by Apple.
In‑App Purchases: Handled by Apple’s App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
Currency Exchange (if used): Rates are fetched without personal identifiers. We do not link these requests to you.
Your Control and Data Retention
You can add, edit, and delete your data at any time in the app.
Deleting the app removes local data from your device.
If iCloud Sync is on, removal of iCloud data is managed through your iCloud account settings or by turning off sync and choosing to remove data from iCloud.
Children’s Privacy
Trackr is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Local data is stored using Apple’s app sandbox.
iCloud data is protected by Apple’s security and tied to your Apple ID.
We do not run our own servers for your app data.
Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties.
We do not sell your data.
Your Rights
Because we do not collect or control your personal data on servers we operate, standard data subject requests (access, correction, deletion) are generally exercised by you directly in the app or via iCloud. If you contact us, we will help explain how to manage or delete your data.
