Track My Flow is a menstrual cycle tracking app that helps you log your period, predict ovulation with AI, and understand your cycle. You can view your period and fertile days on a calendar, log symptoms and moods, and get personalized insights.
Is Track My Flow free to use?
Yes — creating an account and using the period and ovulation calendar is completely free. Premium features like the Today dashboard, cycle insights, learning articles, and pregnancy mode require a Track My Flow Premium subscription.
How old do I need to be to use the app?
You must be at least 9 years old to create an account.
Predictions & Accuracy
How does the ovulation prediction work?
After you log a period, Track My Flow uses AI to predict your ovulation day and fertile window based on your cycle history. Your predicted ovulation days appear in light blue on the calendar, and period days appear in pink.
When does ovulation show on my calendar?
Ovulation is estimated to begin the day after your period ends. The fertile window covers your ovulation day and the several days that follow. Predictions appear for future months too, so you can plan ahead.
Why do my predictions change?
Predictions improve as you log more periods. The more cycle history you add, the more accurate your ovulation and period forecasts become.
Can I rely on the app for birth control or conception?
No. Track My Flow provides estimates based on the data you log — it is not a medical device and should not be used as a contraceptive method. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Logging & Tracking
What can I log each day?
You can log period flow, moods, symptoms, discharge, and sexual activity. Logged days show a marker on your calendar.
Can I see my past cycles?
Yes — switch to Year view on the calendar to see all 12 months with your period and ovulation history at a glance.
How do I turn on reminders?
Enable notifications when prompted, or from your device Settings. The app can remind you about upcoming periods, ovulation, daily logging, and drinking water.
Premium & Billing
What's included in Track My Flow Premium?
Premium unlocks the Today dashboard with your cycle ring, AI ovulation insights, detailed cycle insights, the Learn library, and pregnancy mode. The period and ovulation calendar always stays free.
What subscription plans are available?
Premium is available as a monthly or a yearly subscription (the yearly plan offers the best value). Prices are shown in the app and billed through your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Track My Flow, and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
I already paid — how do I restore my purchase?
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Account & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
Your cycle data is stored privately on your device. We do not sell your health data.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently erases all your data from the device and cancels scheduled reminders. Remember to cancel any active subscription separately through your Apple ID settings.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Your account is stored on your device. If you can't sign in, you can create a new account, though previous cycle data tied to the old account won't carry over.
Troubleshooting
My ovulation prediction isn't showing on the calendar.
Make sure you've logged at least one period. Predictions only appear from your first logged period onward. If you've just logged one, give the app a moment to generate the AI forecast.
