This Privacy Policy describes how Tracklytic handles your information when you use this app.
This app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or log in. You can use the app immediately upon opening it. No email address or other account credentials are collected.
The app stores only the data you enter to provide its features:
Activity data: Activity names, icons, colors, and daily goals you create.
Session logs: Durations, dates, and optional notes for activities you log.
Notification preferences: Your daily reminder time and optional name used to personalize messages.
The app does not collect location data, contacts, camera access, microphone access, photos, email addresses, or any biometric information.
All of your activity, session, and reminder data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on any server. This data is encrypted locally using AES-GCM 256-bit encryption, with a unique encryption key generated on your device and never transmitted.
Delivering the app itself over the internet is separate from your data. When your device is online, opening the app contacts its hosting server to load the app and its configuration, which involves standard request information such as your IP address — as is true of any website. None of your activity or session data is included in these requests.
This app does not use any third-party tracking or analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Mouseflow, or similar services. No behavioral data is collected or shared.
The app is hosted on a cloud platform that serves it over the internet. When you open the app online, your device communicates with this hosting provider to load the app, which may process standard technical data such as your IP address as part of delivering the page. This is limited to app delivery and is not used to track you or build a profile.
The app also loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts when your device is online. This request is made by your browser directly to Google and may expose your IP address to Google as part of standard font delivery. No other data is shared with Google, and your activity data is never included.
The app does not use any advertising networks, analytics services, crash-reporting SDKs, or social plugins.
This app does not send you any emails.
We request notification permission only when you explicitly choose to enable the daily reminder. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. Notifications are fired locally on your device and are never routed through a remote server. Reminder messages are personalized on your device using your locally stored activity data (such as current streaks) and the optional name you provide; this information is not transmitted anywhere.
Your data persists on your device while the app is installed. You can delete individual activities from the dashboard or goals pages. You can clear all data at once from Settings → Clear All Data. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device. Please note that any data saved to your device's automatic operating system backups (such as iCloud or Google Drive) will remain within those backups until cleared by you.
Your activity and session data never leaves your device and is never sold or shared. The only information that leaves your device is the standard technical data inherent to loading any website (such as your IP address), as described in Sections 3 and 5. No behavioral data is tracked. On this basis, the app aligns with global data privacy regulations, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app with an updated "Last updated" date.
