How do I add music to TrackJump?
Open the Playlists section and choose the appropriate option to import music files or folders, access your Music Library, or select supported external storage.

How do I choose how long each song plays?
From the Player screen, tap Play Each Song For and choose Full Song, 15 Seconds, 30 Seconds, 1 Minute, 90 Seconds, or Custom.

Can TrackJump start at different points in a song?
Yes. TrackJump supports Beginning, Current, and Random start-point modes.

Can I prevent a song from playing?
Yes. Tap Exclude for a song. You can review and restore excluded songs from the Excluded section.

Does TrackJump support playlists?
Yes. TrackJump organizes your music into playlists and provides playlist management for your imported music.

Troubleshooting

Music isn't playing
Make sure TrackJump has permission to access the music or files you selected. Try selecting the music again, then restart TrackJump if necessary.

Imported music isn't showing
Check the Playlists section and make sure the correct playlist is selected. If you imported a large music collection, allow the import process to finish.

External or USB music isn't available
Make sure the external storage device is connected and accessible to your device, then select the files or folder again from TrackJump.

Playback stops unexpectedly
Check your Play Each Song For setting and Sleep Timer. TrackJump may be configured to automatically move to another song or stop after a specified period.
