This Privacy Policy describes how YULA GAMES ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game TrackGlideX ("the Game", "the App").

By downloading or playing TrackGlideX, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please discontinue use of the application.

TrackGlideX is fully offline. The following categories of data are never collected, stored on our servers, or transmitted in any form:

• Location / GPS

• Device identifiers

• Analytics / telemetry

• Crash reports

• Financial information

• Camera data

• Microphone data

• Contacts

• Browsing history

• Email address

• IP address

We have no back-end server infrastructure connected to the game. There is no account system, no login, and no cloud sync.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide a proper game experience (saving progress and remembering your best score), TrackGlideX stores a small amount of data locally using Android/iOS SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device.

• Crash reporters

• Social media SDKs

• Cloud databases

• Push notifications

Children's Privacy

TrackGlideX is appropriate for all ages, including children under 13 (COPPA, USA), children under 16 (GDPR, EU), and equivalent age thresholds in other jurisdictions.

Because we collect no personal information whatsoever from any user, there is no specific risk to younger players. We do not knowingly or unknowingly gather data from children.

Parents and guardians who have concerns are welcome to contact us through the developer contact listed on Google Play.

Data Security

Since all data resides exclusively on your device, the security of that data is governed by your device's operating system, storage encryption, and screen-lock settings.

We strongly recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a screen lock to protect all data stored on your device, including TrackGlideX save data.

Deleting Your Data

You are in complete control of all locally stored game data. You can delete it at any time using any of the methods below:

1. In-app reset: Tap "New Game" on the main menu to wipe all level progress and start fresh.

2. App settings: Go to your device Settings → Apps → TrackGlideX → Storage → Clear Data.

3. Uninstall: Removing TrackGlideX from your device permanently deletes all stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable law.

When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this document and publish the new policy alongside an updated version of the app.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of TrackGlideX after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
