TrackAll ("we", "our", or "the extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
TrackAll collects and processes website content from tracking URLs that you manually add to the extension. Specifically:
Tracking Page Content: When you add a tracking URL, the extension fetches the HTML content of that page to:
Extract the page title or Open Graph title to automatically populate the product name
Analyze page text to detect delivery status keywords (e.g., "delivered", "in transit", "out for delivery")
Monitor status changes during automatic checks
Tracking URLs: The URLs you provide for package tracking are stored locally on your device
Product Names: Either provided by you or automatically extracted from the tracking page title
Delivery Status: Status information detected from tracking pages (In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered)
Timestamps: Last update time for each tracked package
TrackAll does NOT collect:

❌ Browsing history or web activity outside of tracking URLs you add
❌ Financial or payment information
❌ Authentication credentials or passwords
❌ Location data or IP addresses
❌ User behavior, clicks, or analytics

Your data is used exclusively for package tracking functionality:
Display Tracking Information: Show your tracked packages and their current status
Automatic Status Updates: Periodically check tracking URLs (every 2 hours) to detect status changes
Notifications: Alert you when package status changes
Product Name Auto-Fill: Extract page titles to automatically name your packages
All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's sync storage
No external servers: We do not transmit, upload, or store your data on any external servers
No third-party sharing: Your data is never shared with, sold to, or accessed by third parties
Chrome Sync: If you use Chrome Sync, your tracking data syncs across your Chrome browsers where you're signed in (this is handled entirely by Google Chrome)
Tracking data remains on your device until you remove it
Delivered packages are automatically removed 24 hours after delivery
You can manually remove any package at any time
Uninstalling the extension deletes all stored data
You have complete control over your data:
Add/Remove Packages: Manage your tracked packages at any time
Clear All Data: Uninstall the extension to remove all data
No Account Required: No registration or account creation needed
Opt-Out of Notifications: Disable notifications in Chrome settings
TrackAll does NOT use:
❌ Analytics services (Google Analytics, etc.)
❌ Advertising networks
❌ Tracking pixels or cookies
❌ External APIs or services
❌ Social media integrations
The extension directly accesses only the tracking URLs you provide.
TrackAll requires the following Chrome permissions:
Purpose: Save your tracking data locally on your device
Data Stored: Tracking URLs, product names, delivery status, timestamps
Purpose: Schedule automatic status checks every 2 hours
Usage: Wake the extension to check for delivery updates
Purpose: Alert you when package status changes
Usage: Display browser notifications for status updates
Purpose: Access tracking pages from any carrier or retailer
Limitation: Only accesses URLs you explicitly add to the extension
Why Needed: Tracking URLs vary across carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, DHL, etc.)
TrackAll does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The extension is intended for general audiences and does not target children.
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the extension or legal requirements. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you are in the European Union:
Legal Basis: Consent (by using the extension) and legitimate interest (providing package tracking functionality)
Data Controller: The extension processes data locally on your device; no external controller
Your Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection
Data Location: All data remains on your device; not transferred outside the EU

You have the right to delete your data (uninstall extension)
