Tracka is designed to respect your privacy. We do not sell your data. We do not use Facebook or Google tracking SDKs. We do not run ads. Most of your data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
If you choose to enable syncing or subscriptions, some limited technical data is processed to provide those features. We use anonymous analytics only to improve Tracka and never to identify you personally.
By using Tracka, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We believe privacy should be simple, honest, and understandable. Tracka is developed by a sole proprietor based in South Korea, and we aim to collect the minimum data necessary to operate the app.
In most cases, we do not know who you are. You can use Tracka without providing any personally identifiable information (PII).
Tracka stores the following data locally on your device:
Visit history and track logs
Circuit wishlist and saved locations
App preferences and settings
This information remains on your device unless you choose to enable iCloud syncing.
If you enable iCloud syncing, your data is stored in Apple’s iCloud infrastructure to sync across your devices.
Tracka does not have access to your iCloud account credentials.
Tracka does not control Apple’s encryption keys.
Tracka cannot read or modify your iCloud data outside the app’s functionality.
In compliance with Apple's requirements for auto-renewable subscriptions, the following terms apply:
Subscription Titles: Monthly Paddock Pass, or Yearly Paddock Pass.
Length of Subscription: 1 month (Monthly), or 1 year (Yearly).
Price: Prices are displayed in your local currency on the in-app purchase screen prior to confirmation of purchase. The price per unit is shown as the displayed price per month or per year respectively.
Immediate Access: Access to premium features begins immediately upon successful payment.
Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the original purchase.
Management & Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase in your Apple ID Account Settings.

All purchases are final. Because digital features are unlocked immediately upon purchase, Tracka does not provide refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Support, as all billing is handled exclusively through the Apple App Store.
If you subscribe to Tracka Paddock Pass:
Apple processes all payments and billing.
Tracka receives a non-identifying Subscriber ID solely to verify your subscription status.
Tracka does not receive your name, email address, payment details, or Apple ID information.
You may:
Access your data
Correct your inaccurate data
Delete your data using "Delete All Information" button
Because Tracka data is stored locally or in your iCloud account, you can delete it by removing the app or disabling iCloud syncing.
Tracka may collect anonymous usage statistics, such as:
Which features are used most
Crash reports and performance metrics
Aggregated app usage trends
These analytics are not linked to your identity and are used only to improve the app. If you contact us via email, we will only use your email address to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share it.
Tracka doesn't collect or maintain information from the children under 13 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Tracka evolves or as legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available in the app and on the Tracka website. Continued use of Tracka after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
