Kamera Privacy Policy

Summary

Kamera is designed to respect your privacy. We do not sell your data. We do not use Facebook or Google tracking SDKs. We do not run ads. Your data remains stored locally on your device.

If you choose to purchase a subscription, limited technical data is processed to provide those features. We use anonymous analytics only to improve Kamera and never to identify you personally.

By using Kamera, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Introduction

We believe privacy should be simple, honest, and understandable. Kamera is developed by a sole proprietor based in South Korea, and we aim to collect the minimum data necessary to operate the app.

In most cases, we do not know who you are. You can use Kamera without providing any personally identifiable information (PII).

Data Stored on Your Device

Kamera stores the following data locally on your device:

• Camera and recording preferences (e.g., aspect ratio, resolution, frame rate, image/video format settings)

• Photos and videos captured within the app (saved directly to your device's Photo Library or temporary local cache)

• Files used for format conversion (saved directly to your device's Files or temporary local cache)

• App settings and user state

This information remains strictly on your device. Kamera does not upload your media files to any external servers.

Kamera Premium — Auto-Renewable Subscription

In compliance with Apple's requirements for auto-renewable subscriptions, the following terms apply:

• Subscription Titles: Monthly Premium, or Yearly Premium.

• Length of Subscription: 1 month (Monthly), or 1 year (Yearly).

• Price: Prices are displayed in your local currency on the in-app purchase screen prior to confirmation of purchase. The price per unit is shown as the displayed price per month or per year respectively.

• Immediate Access: Access to premium features begins immediately upon successful payment.

• Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the original purchase.

• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase in your Apple ID Account Settings.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Because digital features are unlocked immediately upon purchase, Kamera does not provide refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Support, as all billing is handled exclusively through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions — Data Handling

If you subscribe to Kamera Premium:

• Apple processes all payments and billing.

• Kamera receives a non-identifying Subscriber ID solely to verify your subscription status.

• Kamera does not receive your name, email address, payment details, or Apple ID information.

Your Rights

You may:

• Access your data

• Correct your inaccurate data

• Delete your data

Because Kamera data is stored locally on your device, you can delete your data by removing the app or deleting your photos/videos/files directly from your device's Photo Library and Files App.

Analytics

Kamera may collect anonymous usage statistics, such as:

• Which features are used most

• Crash reports and performance metrics

• Aggregated app usage trends

These analytics are not linked to your identity and are used only to improve the app. If you contact us via email, we will only use your email address to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share it.

Children's Policy

Kamera doesn't collect or maintain information from children under 13 years of age.

Future Changes to Privacy Policy
