TR2ロゲイニングイベントの運営と安全管理
ロゲイニングイベントの運営と安全管理には、以下の事項について配慮します。
①安全なエリアの選定
ロゲイニングコース内でのイベントエリアの選定には慎重さが求められます。
実際の大会開催日（多くの場合は土日）や時間帯に現地調査を行い、交通量の多い道路、歩道のない道路、見通しの悪い交差点などを把握し、安全に歩行できるエリアを選んでコースを設定します。また、参加者層や地形、気候条件に応じてコースの難易度を調整します。
②参加者への充分な説明と注意喚起
参加者に対して、イベントのルールや安全に関する注意事項を充分に説明します。
また、事前に提供されるマップや案内資料に注意事項をわかりやすく記載することも大切になります。
参加者には大会の難易度、競技時間、想定されるリスクなどの注意事項を事前に伝えます。特に長時間のイベントや過酷な環境でのロゲイニングでは、参加者自身のコンディション調整や準備、意識も重要になります。状況に応じて、休憩を促す設定、水分の提供などを行う場合もあります。
③緊急時の対策
今までのところルールを遵守していただける参加者の皆様のおかげで事故事例はありませんが、緊急時に備えて、参加者やスタッフの安全を確保するための対応策を準備しておきます。
コンディションや天候、気温による体調不良、持病の悪化、事故等のリスクは日常生活の中でも十分配慮が必要ですが、緊急時の連絡体制、スタッフ間の情報共有などを行い、緊急時に速やかな対応ができるようにしておきます。
具体的には、
・参加者全員に緊急連絡先(本部電話番号)の周知
・スタッフ内で参加者の緊急連絡先の共有
・レスキュー用の車両準備、ファーストエイドキットの常備、フィールドパトロール
を行います。
④天候状況の監視と対応
大会の１週間前くらいから予報を見ながら、天候や気温に合わせた運営の最終判断を行います。
最優先は参加者の安全を確保することです。弊社TR2の基準は、前日19時時点で気象庁から警報以上が発令された場合、もしくは当日の開催時間帯に警報以上が発令される可能性が極めて高い場合は中止もしくは延期することにしています。
(警報種類：大雨、洪水、大雪、暴風、暴風雪警報。沿岸地域を含む場合は波浪、高潮警報)
開催可否の判断基準は主催者と協議の上で設定いたします。
⑤傷害保険の保険の確保
参加者の交通安全等の法規遵守が第一ですが、参加者やスタッフの万が一の事故や怪我に備え、適切な保険の準備と加入を行います。保険の範囲や手続きについて参加者に伝えます。
（株）TR2が運営する行事参加者全員に対して三井住友海上火災保険株式会社の普通傷害保険包括契約・熱中症危険補償特約を契約しています。
(一人当たり補償 死亡・後遺症550万円、入院保険金日額10,000円、通院保険日額5,000円)
これらの事項への配慮と適切な管理を行うことで、ロゲイニングイベントの運営は安全性と安心感を確保し、参加者が楽しく学びながら地域を体験できる環境を提供しています。

① Selection of a safe area Care must be taken when selecting an event area within a rogaining course. We conduct a field survey on the actual race day (in most cases Saturday and Sunday) and time, identify roads with heavy traffic, roads without sidewalks, and intersections with poor visibility, and select areas where it is safe to walk. ② Sufficient explanation and warning to participants We will fully explain event rules and safety precautions to participants. It is also important to clearly state precautions on maps and guide materials provided in advance. Participants will be informed in advance of the difficulty level of the competition, competition time, possible risks, and other precautions. Particularly in long-duration events and rogaining in harsh environments, participants' own conditioning, preparation, and awareness are also important. Depending on the situation, we may encourage you to take a break or provide you with water.
③ Emergency measures So far, there have been no accidents thanks to participants who have complied with the rules, but we have prepared countermeasures to ensure the safety of participants and staff in case of an emergency. Risks such as poor physical condition, worsening of chronic diseases, and accidents due to conditions, weather, and temperature need to be taken into consideration in daily life, but we have established an emergency communication system and information sharing among staff to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency. Specifically, we will: - Disseminate emergency contact information (headquarters phone number) to all participants - Share participants' emergency contact information among staff - Prepare rescue vehicles, keep first aid kits on hand, and conduct field patrols.
④ Monitoring and responding to weather conditions We look at the forecast from about a week before the tournament and make final decisions regarding operations based on the weather and temperature. Our top priority is to ensure the safety of our participants. Our TR2 criteria is that if a warning or higher is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency as of 7:00 pm the day before, or if there is an extremely high possibility that a warning or higher will be issued during the same day, the event will be canceled or postponed. (Warning types: heavy rain, flood, heavy snow, blizzard, blizzard warning; waves and storm surge warning if coastal areas are involved) Criteria for determining whether or not to hold the event will be set in consultation with the organizer.
⑤Securing accident insurance Although compliance with laws and regulations regarding traffic safety for participants is the first priority, we will prepare and purchase appropriate insurance in case of accidents or injuries to participants or staff. Inform participants about insurance coverage and procedures.
