Presentation Guidelines
General Instructions for Presentation
Authors registered for in-person presentations at the conference are required to arrive on time for all presentations, whether their own or those of others.
Presenters are reminded that presentations should not exceed the time allocated by the Organizing Committee.
Participants should avoid private conversations and ensure that mobile phones are turned off or set to silent mode during the presentation time.
All rooms of specialized sessions will be equipped with laptops pre-installed with PowerPoint and connected to LCD projector/LCD screen. Therefore, you should prepare your presentation in PowerPoint format. Authors are advised to copy their presentations onto a USB drive or send them to the Organizing Committee at least 2 days before the conference. You may also bring their own laptops containing your PowerPoint presentation. The Organizing Committee recommends bringing two copies of your presentation in case one fails, and suggests emailing the presentation to your personal email as a final precaution.
Please note that no microphones will be provided during the sessions due to the capacity of the specialized conference rooms.
You are required to upload your presentation slides to the presentation room at least 2 hours before your presentation begins.
Specific Instructions for Oral Presentation
Presentation should be conducted in English.
Oral presentation is comprised of a 10-minute presentation and 5-minute Q&A session.
The presentation slides must be given to the committee at the beginning of the slot to avoid any technical delays.
The sessions will be facilitated by a moderator appointed by the Organizing Committee.
Please remain in your session room for the entire session as the moderator may conduct a general discussion and gives the certificate to every presenter at the end of the presentations.
