We need volunteers! 

Here is a short list of some ways you can help out! 

Room monitor - Sit in on the talks, introduce the speaker and time them. 

AV - help run the AV system, watch the recordings and save them to our drive, assist with sound and technical problems. 

Registration Desk- check people in, pass out badges, pass out free swag, accept donations and hand out free gifts to donors. 

Runner - Run items to presenters or tech support

General- Can assist in many areas, usually not in AV.
