What is the Winter Showcase?

This informal performance allows our dancers to perform on stage
in a relaxed, supportive and loving environment.
Our dancers will enjoy showing off their routines to their peers and family members
who can cheer them on in the audience.
It's basically a low-key, holiday-themed mini recital without costumes and dress rehearsals.

Schedule of the Day

When: Sat, Dec 19, 2026

There is NO DRESS REHEARSAL for this informal performance.

Check in at registration desk upon arrival
Take a seat anywhere in the auditorium with your dancer.
Listen for your dancer's class to be called to the stage to perform
Please stay for the entire show (a whopping 45 minutes!)
You are welcome to take photos and video from your seat as long there is no flash and you aren't blocking anyone's view of their kiddo. Remember that we will be sending you the digital files of our show too!
Our schedule is tight so PLEASE be on time as we cannot wait on anyone.
Respectfully, don't dilly dally once the show is over so we can get folks out before the next group comes in.
DEBUT DANCERS with older siblings: If by chance your Debut class is scheduled in a different show than the older sibling, your Debut cutie can perform in their show instead. See Form HERE to request a show change.

What to wear

Debut Dance Classes

Soft Pink Leotard with attached skirt
Pink tights
Black mary jane tap shoes with no ribbons
(Elastic, velcro, snap or tap ties, but no laces please)
Pink ballet shoes

Mini Steps, Next Steps & Teen Classes

Black leotard
Black dance shorts
Tan tights
Pink ballet shoes, tan jazz shoes, black tap shoes or contemporary socks or half soles with corresponding class
MINI STEPS: Wear Jazz shoes for Jazz shoes and tennis shoes for Hip Hop.
NOTE: Next Steps & Teen Hip Hop classes need a black t-shirt, black leggings and clean tennis shoes. Wear a black leotard underneath so no tummies are exposed.

Red TPDS sweatshirt for Opening Number
Team Black leotard
Black leggings (to wear in all routines. (No shorts needed.)
Tan tights

Hair & Make Up

Debut Dance Classes

However you'd like to do your cutie pie's hair
that day is fine with us.
Half up/half down with curls, ponytail, bun,
pig tails, etc. It's your choice.

Blush and berry lipstick is all the younger kiddos need.
(Berry: not soft pink, not bright red.)

Our sweetie pies just need enough color to make their beautiful faces
seen under the bright stage lights.

Next Steps & Teen classes

Please wear a bun at the crown of the head,
just like we do in class every week.

Think of a classy bun like Audrey Hepburn.

Hip Hop classes

Please wear a ponytail with a hair colored hair tie.
(NOTE: If your dancer will need a bun for another class,
it's best just to leave it in a bun.)

Make up can be heavier for this group:

Earth toned eye shadows
Mascara
Blush
Berry lipstick (not soft pink, not bright red)

Company (Dance Co, Drill Co, Tap Co)

Low center bun with a part in the middle.

Be sure to use a hair colored hair tie and gel or hair spray to tame fly-aways.

Make up can be heavier for this group:

Earth toned eye shadows
Mascara
Blush
Team Lipstick
No fake eyelashes this time.

Recital Ready Make Up

You may wear any brand and purchase wherever you'd like, but for your convenience we have Recital Ready Make Up!
Purchase in the portal.

Most items are in stock and
can picked up at the front desk.

Digital Photos & Videos Included

All classes will receive an email with a link to
photos & video taken of your kiddos on stage! Woohoo!

Due to editing, this may take up to 60 days or so.

FAQs

Is there a dress rehearsal?

Nope. This is a super sweet and very informal demonstration. No rehearsal needed.

Do we need tickets?

Nope. This special event is free for your family and friends to attend. Seating is first come, first served.

Your billing info on file will be charged $100/family on Oct 15th. This will allow us to pay for the theater, technicians, staffing, backdrop, programs and all other costs of the production so family and friends can attend for free and no tickets are needed.

What if I don't have a pink leotard with attached skirt for my Debut Dancer?

We have several styles available for purchase online for $24 - $30 for your convenience.

Is the Spring Recital different than the Winter Showcase?

YES! Our Spring Recital is not like any recital you are accustomed to attending.
It is a professional, themed production that allows our dancers to experience the excitement of stage performance complete with colorful costumes, creative choreography, toe tapping music, keepsake programs and trophies!

Special Guests

We have two very special guests who will be attending our performance to take pictures with our dancers.

Thanks to our friends at Enchanted Parties, they have arranged for Queen Elsa and Princess Anna to fly in from Arendelle to spend the day with our dance families!

Stay tuned for their scheduled time for pictures with our dancers from 10:30am-4:30pm.

*The sisters has another royal engagement later that day, so pictures will stop promptly at 4:30pm.
