(一)語言能力證明:母語非華語之申請者需繳交報名前取得華語文能力測驗(TOCFL) A2 (含)級以上同等證明(書)。
Language Proficiency Proof: Applicants whose native language is not Chinese are required to submit a Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) certificate at level A2 or above, or an equivalent proof before application.
(二)財力證明基準:(Official financial bank statement)
報名前最近三個月內經由金融機構出具之中文或英文存款證明美金 3,500 元或新臺幣100,000元以上或政府、銀行貸款或民間機構提供全額獎助學金之證明文件。
An official bank statement (in either Chinese or English) that indicates an account balance of over USD$3,500 or TWD$100,000 is required. The statement must be issued by a financial institution within 3 months prior to application. If a poof of fully funded scholarship or grant provided by government, loan proof of bank or private organization, the amount has to enable the student to cover all expenses in Taiwan.
Note. 非本人之財力須另繳附親屬關係證明。If financial support is not of one’s own, it must come with a kinship certificate.
(三)申請資格 Application Eligibility :
申請資格係依據教育部公布最新「外國學生來臺就學辦法」為準。如違反辦法,經查證屬實者,將撤銷其入學資格、開除學籍或撤銷其本校畢業資格,且不發給任何學歷證明。
Eligibility for application shall be based on the latest “Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” announced by the Ministry of Education. Any violation of these regulations, once verified, will result in the revocation of admission, expulsion, or cancellation of the student’s graduation qualifications from this university, and no academic certificate will be issued.
(四)招生學系與名額 Departments and Quotas
本校有工程、商管及民生等3個學院,3個碩士班與15個學系(組)學士班辦理自行招收外國學生個人申請入學,學系均為中文授課。Our school has three colleges: Engineering, Business and Management, and Human Ecology. We offer individual applications for admission to international students in three master's programs and fifteen undergraduate programs (departments/divisions). All departments are taught in Chinese.
外國學生招生名額:學士生265名、碩士生3名(The admission quota for foreign students is 265 for undergraduate students, 3 for master's students.)

(三)錄取公告方式 Admission Information:
錄取榜單公告國際事務處網站 。The admission list will be announced on the Office of International Affairs website.
經本校錄取並收到錄取通知後,錄取生於入境臺灣前,應持錄取通知書於當地辦事處辦理「居留簽證(RESIDENT VISA)」。 After being admitted by the University and receiving the admission letter, admitted students must use the admission letter to apply for a Resident Visa at the local Taiwan representative office before entering Taiwan.
錄取生應依入學通知書之規定日期到校辦理報到註冊手續,並繳驗護照、學歷證件及成績單(須經駐外館處驗證蓋章)、健康證明書(最近六個月內之健康證明正本) 檢驗後歸還,逾期未報到註冊者,取消入學資格。
Applicants who are announced to register should follow the date mentioned in the letter of admission and be physically at school to run registration process. Passports, graduation documents, transcriptions (verified and sealed by Republic of China (Taiwan) embassies and consulates) and Health Certification (Including an HIV report) should be handed in. If applicants who are announced to register are late for registration, their application qualification will be cancelled.

Application results will be announced by TPCU. Website: http://www.tpcu.edu.tw.
Once admitted by TPCU, students shall present their admission notice to apply for a “resident visa” at a ROC representative office in their home country.
下表為本校2025年學雜費收費標準,提供參考,2025年之學雜費均依教育部規定標準辦理。2025年秋季班應繳學雜費(含電腦實習費、學生平安保險費)將於入學通知時一併寄發。
