Items will be delivered in its original packing and conditions.
Buyers are advised to check the conditions of the items upon received as no refund is allowed due to whatsoever reasons.
Buyers are advise to reconfirm meetup location and timing as least 1 day in advance. Meetup locations and timings are available as follows:
West Region
Location: Causeway Point, YewTee Point, LotOne, Hillion Mall, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Jurong Point
Day: Monday to Friday
Timing: 1200hrs to 1330hrs
Self-Pickup or Courier-Pickup:
Sungei Kadut area from 0900hrs to 1600hrs Monday to Friday.

East Region
Location: Bedok Heartbeat
Day: Tuesday
Timing: 1800hrs to 1900hrs
Location: Our Tampines Hub
Day: Tuesday, Thursday
Timing: 1730hrs to 1830hrs
Day: Sunday
Timing: 1730hrs to 1930hrs
Self-Pickup or Courier-Pickup:
Eunos / Kembangan area from 0900hrs to 2100hrs any day.

Central Region
Location: Bugis MRT, Bugis Junction, Bugis Plus, Funan Mall
Day: Saturday
Timing: 1700hrs to 1800hrs

Local Traceable Postage
For Single item purchase add $1 for Local Traceable Post to local Singapore address.
For Multiple items purchase FREE Local Traceable Post to local Singapore address.
1) Pictures of items, Recipient’s Name and Address will be sent to
Buyer for confirmation before posting.
2) Items will be bubble-wrapped before posting.
3) Maximum Package Size including packing: L300 x W190 x H65mm
4) Maximum weight: < 3kg
5) Picture of Tracking Number will be sent to Buyer.
6) Buyer will be updated once package has been posted out.
7) Item will be handle and delivered by Logistic Providers such as
Singpost, Ninja Van, Q-Express etc.
8) Buyer should be able to track Parcel status the next working day.
9) Please note that Seller is not responsible for any lost or damage
to the Items or Package.
10) Depending on workload of Logistic Provider, Buyer should receive the Parcel within 7 Work Days.
Singpost has committed to deliver the items within 2~3 Work Days. There are cases of Buyer received
the parcel on the next working day.
