Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Workshop Manual Free Download

I have recently bought a Colorado GX, I intend to do as much work as possible on the car as i have a very good network of friends with knowledge and spanners but i need a workshop manual for obvious technical knowledge i.e valve clearances, wheel tracking, torque settings.

The car is a 3.0L TD, I have been told that the Prado is only an imported version of my car so it should be virtually identical in most respects. Could anyone point me in the right direction for getting hold of a workshop manual for either a Colorado or a Prado.

Thanks for that, I have already tried Chiltons and Haynes. Haynes unfortunately do not do any manuals for the landcruiser in this country and the anerican and australian manuals don't cover the diesel engine and chilton's manuals don;t cover the diesel. Will try the other suggestions though.
