Duties and Responsibilities

The following are the duties and responsibilities of TNAP's Board of Directors:

1. Oversee and provide the Association’s activities.

2. Process the necessary requirements for the CPD applications of the continuing education and training programs provided by the Association.

3. Preserve and protect the interest of the Association.

4. Deliberate and promulgate resolutions that will benefit the Association.

5. Convene at least twice a year.
