DOG LICENSE INFO: Sauk County Ordinance 27.05 requires all dogs over 5 months to be vaccinated and licensed. Make payments to the Town of Washington by separate check from the tax payment.
Mail to Town of Washington PO Box 67 Hillpoint WI 53937.
NO license will be issued without proof of rabies vaccination from the veterinarian.
Information required: Dog name, color, breed, sex, vaccine mfr., serial #, expiration date & date given.
Male or Female $10.00, Spayed or Neutered $5.00
